My dad was a professional opera singer and had a reel-to-reel tape recorder for learning his opera parts. I wasn’t such a fan of opera, preferring Abba, Queen, Pink Floyd and ELO, but became fascinated experimenting with tape, making recordings of my terrible drumming, keyboard and guitar playing – and slightly better cello playing. After dropping out of my cello course at the Royal College Of Music, I was excited beyond belief to get a job in a recording studio – and I still get very excited when sat at my desk, honing the sounds coming out of the speakers! I’ve worked with loads of famous people but treat every project with the utmost importance, and will always strive to add as much value as I can to your music. Do please contact me with any questions.
I am a full member of the Music Producers Guild and an industry assessor for the university accreditation body J.A.M.E.S.
